Pressure Vessels
We perform design and verification of unfired pressure vessels, including nozzles, local details and discontinuities. Strength assessment is carried out using analytical methods and finite element analysis, with stress categorisation and evaluation in accordance with EN 13445 and ASME Section VIII Division 2. Particular attention is given to local stress behaviour in nozzle regions, reinforcing elements and geometrical transitions, as well as fatigue assessment under cyclic loading conditions.
Industrial Piping
We perform flexibility and stress analysis of piping systems under sustained, thermal and occasional loads. The interaction between piping and connected equipment is evaluated through nozzle load assessment, while support reactions and load distribution are analysed to ensure proper system behaviour. Dynamic effects, such as forces generated during relief valve operation, are also considered. All analyses are performed in accordance with EN 13480, ASME B31.3 and ASME B31.1.
Buried District Heating Pipelines
We carry out mechanical and thermal analysis of buried piping systems, including the assessment of soil–pipe interaction and thermal expansion effects. Stress and displacement limits are verified in accordance with EN 13941, with consideration of installation and operating conditions specific to district heating systems.
Boilers and Pressure Parts
We provide engineering calculations and design verification of boiler pressure parts and related assemblies. Structural behaviour is evaluated under operating conditions, including the influence of temperature, internal pressure and system-specific load cases, in accordance with EN 12952 and ASME Section I.
Flange and Bolted Joint Analysis
We perform calculation and assessment of flange connections and bolted joints, including evaluation of bolt loads and sealing behaviour. Analyses are carried out in accordance with EN 1591-1 and ASME Section VIII Appendix 2, supporting reliable joint performance under operating conditions.
Pressure Equipment Assemblies
We provide engineering support for integrated pressure equipment systems, including verification of the interaction between vessels, piping and supporting structures. Technical documentation is prepared to support compliance with PED requirements and facilitate communication with notified bodies and project stakeholders.
Steel Structures
We perform steel structure stress calculations according to design code such as EN 1993 (Eurocode 3) in Europe to verify the strength, stability, and serviceability of primary and secondary steel structures under operating, environmental, and accidental loads.
Our scope includes:
- load definition
- global structural analysis
- member capacity checks
- buckling and lateral-torsional buckling checks
- connection verification
- serviceability checks such as deflection and vibration
Key Benefits:
- Increased system safety and reliability
- Reduced risk of failures and downtime
- Compliance with industry standards
- Optimized and efficient design solutions
